Jay Gottleib CFO
Jay D. Gottleib recently retired after a distinguished 35 year career with Kimberly-Clark Corporation. From 2016 – 2019, Jay was President, North America Consumer Tissue, with total responsibility for the $4 billion KLEENEX®, COTTONELLE®, SCOTT® and VIVA® brands – with direct accountability for Profit & Loss, Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain
Bill O'Neill CEO
Bill is a veteran of three start-ups including CEO of Innovx Medical which received FDA approval of their first product and then was sold to J&J Ethicon.
As R&D director at Medtronic CST, Bill led R&D with over twenty engineers. CST grew from $8MM to $75MM in five years (all organic growth).
Bill has held leadership roles at J&J, Medtronic, Closure Medical and Smiths Medical. He holds over twenty U.S. patents.
Mary Boylan M.D.
Dr. Mary Boylan is a practicing Cardiothoracic surgery at St. Lukes Hospital, Duluth MN. Mary has been practicing off-pump beating heart surgery for over twenty years and is our medical advisor
Bob Dolan has had a 35 year career in the software industry. Bob held various positions focusing on sales and sales management for early stage software companies. For the past 15 years Bob held the position of VP Global Sales and VP Global Alliances for Kinaxis (www.Kinaxis.com). During Bob’s tenure, Kinaxis successfully executed an IPO.
